MANILA Telco-Inbound Sales Representative (Metro Manila)

Schedule: Dayshift
- Sell client's/business partners/company merchandise, products, goods and services to current and potential customers
- Attain sales target on a monthly basis
- Provides clear communication and customer service on sales issues to external customers and internal business partners.
- Accountable for increasing the sales quota for assigned accounts
- Promotes/sell/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
- Assist the customers in selecting the best suited for their needs, and create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
- Manage quality and good sales service delivery to customers
- Identify advantages and compares client's products/services
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special promos, developments and information to customers
- Perform research on all accounts and document all explanations of benefits.
About you:
- Preferably with 3-6 months Tele-sales BPO experience but not required
- Must be at least a Senior High school graduate
- Results-oriented and keen to details
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Good communication skills
