Custom Software Engineer

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. Your work involves collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions. You will engage in continuous development activities, adapting to evolving project needs and contributing to the overall success of the software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software components. - Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Experience with responsive design principles to create user-friendly interfaces across devices. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git for efficient code management. - Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot front-end issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - This position is based at our Manila office. Knowledgeable and with work experience in the following: React - NextJS React Redux Storybook for component builder Webpack NodeJS for mocking api Git Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
