Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet guests with a smile, answer questions, and share menu choices or store deals. Order Processing: Take orders accurately and punch them into the point-of-sale (POS) system. Cashier Duties: Accept cash, credit cards, or digital money, give correct change, and balance the cash drawer. Food or Product Prep: Pack meals, make simple drinks, or restock front displays. Cleanliness: Keep the counter, dining area, and register zone clean and safe. Qualifications & Skills Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Math Skills: Good basic math to count money and give change fast. Communication: Clear and friendly speaking style. Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours in a busy workplace. Teamwork: Willing to help kitchen or floor staff during rush hours.
