Responsibilities:
- Oversee swine health, welfare, biosecurity, and disease prevention across assigned farms.
- Develop and implement vaccination, treatment, surveillance, and disease control programs.
- Conduct regular farm visits, health assessments, and outbreak investigations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to farm personnel and contract growers.
- Monitor health and production data to identify trends and improve farm performance.
- Ensure proper management of veterinary medicines, vaccines, and health records.
- Prepare veterinary, health, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with laboratories, suppliers, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, veterinary standards, and government regulations.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) graduate with a valid PRC Veterinary License.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in commercial swine production, preferably in a contract-growing environment.
- Strong knowledge of swine health, disease prevention, biosecurity, production management, and ASF control programs.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a four-wheel vehicle.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report preparation and presentations.
- Knowledge of financial concepts such as ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to supervise, coach, and manage farm personnel while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- High ethical standards with a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and the company’s code of conduct and core values.
