Accounting Specialist

- Manage daily accounting tasks and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
- Reconcile accounts and handle discrepancies.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and invoices.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant accounting experience. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in financial reporting, maintain accurate records, and support audits.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require overtime during fiscal year-end.
