Responsibilities
- Handling inbound/outbound calls
- Managing arrears
- Conducting forbearance
- Ensuring customer treatment follows compliance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4-5 years of relevant US/UK banking and collections experience
- Leadership experience in UK collections/recoveries
- Previous experience of providing effective one-to-one coaching to internal colleagues is highly desirable
- Proven track record in providing support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears
- Proficiency in undertaking complex financial support, litigation and receivership activities
- Good to have: Exposure to UK banking or collections experience in other verticals
- Not a job hopper
- Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro
