Mixes and pours resins into silicone molds to create various items, then cleans, smooths, and polishes the final pieces.
- Accurately weighing and mixing chemical compounds to specific formulations
- Pouring mixed resin into silicone molds, ensuring proper filling, and dealing with any issues that arise.
- Cleaning, smoothing, sanding, and polishing the finished resin pieces to a high standard.
- Operating machinery used in the resin casting process
- Inspecting cast products for defects, such as cracks or misalignment ,and ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and molds
- At least high school graduate
- willing to work as on-call resin caster
- Knowledge or experience in resin, mold-making, or related manufacturing is preferred
- With good hand-eye coordination
- Willing to work as on call caster
