REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Open to undergraduates with relevant experience.
- With 3 years of experience in strategic procurement.
- With a background or knowledge in SAP or (ERP) systems.
- Has experience in relevant markets, suppliers, and product categories.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and aligning with business requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships, including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead contract, pricing, and commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with agreed terms, cost targets, and delivery requirements.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities through savings initiatives, budget analysis, supply chain risk assessment, and business case evaluations.
- Prepare reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote company policies and values.
