- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; technical school degree in drafting or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience in MEP drafting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit); basic knowledge of MEP systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to create detailed schematics and lay outs for HVAC, plumbing, structural, civil, and electrical systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with potential site visits for project assessments.
Prepare accurate technical drawings, including plans, sections, fabrication details, and material lists.
Develop detailed 3D models of steel structures, gantries, platforms, and related structural components.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of drawings and 3D models in accordance with project specifications and design requirements.
Update and revise drawings and models based on engineering comments, project changes, and instructions from the project team.
Provide technical drawing support to fabrication and site teams, clarify detailing requirements, and incorporate approved changes to ensure alignment between drawings, models, and actual site conditions.
