Job Accountabilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings and travel-related concerns through email, chat, and phone.
- Provide accurate and timely information on flights, reservations and travel policies.
- Utilize airline systems and tools to manage tickets, cancellations, or modifications.
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to assist international customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and reliability in all interactions.
- Background in the airline or travel industry (required).
- Excellent technical proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- High work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to work remotely and on night shift schedules.
