Description - Provide onsite support for IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth transitions during equipment installations and relocations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software on-site.
- Document and track support requests using ticketing systems to maintain accurate records.
- Assist users with setup and configuration of IT equipment, ensuring user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
