Specialist, Programs (Registered Social Worker)

What you will be doing:

1. Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs and operational activities by coordinating schedules, activity plans, timelines, logistics, and implementation requirements.

2. Conducts activity-level monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tracks progress and performance indicators, prepares implementation and accomplishment reports, and recommends operational improvements to support program outcomes.

3. Coordinates with partner organizations, beneficiaries, and community stakeholders on all aspects of project management, including roles and responsibilities, implementation guidelines, monitoring and evaluation of programs, and other areas of collaboration, to ensure smooth execution of program activities and field operations.

4. Conducts beneficiary needs assessment, eligibility verification, and case documentation in accordance with DSWD service delivery standards, ensuring that assistance is delivered ethically, equitably, and to the intended recipients.

5. Represents the Foundation in community engagements, coordinates with barangay officials and community leaders during program rollouts, and provides on-the-ground social work support to beneficiaries.

What you need to be great at this role:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Registered Social Worker (RSW) with active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) registration, as required by the DSWD for accredited Social Welfare and Development Agencies.

3. At least one (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience in program implementation, monitoring, evaluation, or related development work.

4. Experience in tracking program activities, consolidating data, and preparing reports to support performance and impact assessment.

5. Experience in beneficiary assessment, case documentation, and community engagement, preferably in a non-profit or social welfare setting.
