Job Description:
We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Amazon Media Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Amazon storefront. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of outcomes, and operates with a high level of precision and accountability. As an independent contractor, you will play a critical role in maintaining and growing our Amazon presence with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Operations
- Manage daily operations of the Amazon Seller/Vendor Central account.
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance to ensure adherence to Amazon policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve account issues, including suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and policy violations.
Listings & Catalog Management
- Create, optimize, and update product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, A+ content).
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.
- Ensure product detail pages are accurate, complete, and aligned with brand standards.
Inventory & Order Management
- Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Monitor order fulfillment and work with internal or external teams to resolve issues.
- Manage FBA shipments and reconcile discrepancies.
Performance & Reporting
- Build and maintain internal reporting decks, business reviews, and performance presentations for stakeholders using sales, advertising, and operational data.
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Track KPIs such as TACoS, ACOS, CVR, and overall account profitability.
Advertising & Promotions
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI.
- Plan and execute promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with creative, supply chain, and customer service teams as needed.
- Communicate updates, risks, and opportunities proactively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, and platform policies.
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar (preferred) .
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

- Location: Philippines (Remote)
- Compensation: maximum of $1,100 USD per month
