The role of Virtual Assistant GHL, SKOOL, Reel, Social Media, Funnel is a fully remote position that offers an exciting opportunity to support our growing digital business. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in GHL CRM , community platforms, and social media management to help us enhance our online presence and streamline our operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize GHL CRM for opt-ins, funnels, and website integrations, ensuring data accuracy through effective data mining and API design .
- Set up and maintain a community platform using SKOOL or Circle , including the creation of tiered memberships and a course hub with content, presentations, and membership access.
- Transform Zoom recordings into engaging short clips and manage ongoing social media content to enhance our brand presence.
- Develop lead generation workflows and design landing pages for affiliates and partners, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy.
- Design and renovate main website and separate sites for paid sub-accounts/members, focusing on user experience and functionality.
- Coordinate project timelines from inception to launch, effectively communicating with vendors and customers to ensure smooth execution and feedback incorporation.
What You Bring
- Proven experience with GHL CRM , including opt-ins, funnels, and website integrations.
- Expertise in community platforms, preferably SKOOL , with a track record of setting up tiered memberships.
- Strong skills in content creation and social media management, with proficiency in transforming recorded content into engaging formats.
- Ability to design and implement lead generation workflows and landing pages.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to convert abstract tasks into clear project missions and execution plans.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI tools for enhancing productivity and content creation.
- Previous experience in data integration with digital business cards like Blinq .
