1141 | Junior/Middle DevOps Engineer - Monitoring Support

Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is on the lookout for a  Junior/Middle DevOps Engineer - Monitoring Support  to join our team and provide exceptional customer support. Role Overview: This role focuses on production monitoring and first-line operational support during assigned shifts. The engineer will stay available throughout the shift, monitor alerts/Jira, follow predefined instructions, escalate incidents when needed, and perform actions such as checks or service/server restarts. The working hours are 00:00–09:00 CET, including weekend shifts when required. About the project: This project offers a unified platform that consolidates vulnerability, threat, and asset data, enabling organizations to prioritize and remediate critical exposures effectively. By integrating information from over 150 security tools, it provides a centralized hub for risk-based vulnerability management, automating workflows and enhancing security outcomes. The platform is designed to scale and streamline vulnerability and exposure management programs, ensuring efficient mitigation of potential threats. Responsibilities:

• Monitor production systems during assigned shifts
• React to alerts, incidents, and system issues
• Support AWS-based cloud runtime infrastructure
• Investigate issues using monitoring and logging tools
• Perform occasional DevOps and infrastructure support tasks
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Maintain and troubleshoot Linux-based environments
• Support web server, process control, and application runtime configurations
• Work with dashboards, metrics, logs, and alerting systems
• Support infrastructure and application security practices
• Document incidents, actions taken, and system changes when needed

Requirements

• Junior to Middle-level experience in DevOps, SRE, Linux administration, cloud operations, or infrastructure/production support
• Basic experience with AWS EC2
• Basic understanding of monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki
• Linux administration skills
• Basic scripting experience with Bash, Python , or similar tools
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Git-based tools, preferably Bitbucket
• Ability to follow predefined instructions and escalate issues properly
• Responsible approach to monitoring and incident handling
• Availability to work during European business hours
• English level: upper-intermediate
