JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content for marketing and branding across digital and print platforms. This includes social media content, promotional materials, packaging, and in-store visuals that reflect the clinic’s image and drive engagement. The role requires a strong design aesthetic, attention to detail, and an understanding of the beauty and wellness industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design graphics for social media, promotional campaigns, website, packaging, and internal materials
• Develop visual concepts for marketing initiatives, events, and product launches
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (color, typography, layout)
• Edit and retouch photos for product and campaign use
• Work with the marketing team to develop content aligned with seasonal campaigns and clinic goals
• Organize and maintain a digital library of creative assets
• Assist with occasional video editing or motion graphics (if applicable)
• Stay updated with design trends, especially in beauty and wellness

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere or After Effects a plus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work
• Eye for clean design, layout, typography, and color balance
• Experience in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry is a plus
• Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback
