Responsibilities - Monitoring of Petty Cash Fund and Other Cash Requirements
- Posting of PCF replenishment in the system and make a summary of PCF
- Printing of APVs
- Release of Petty cash fund, cash payroll and other cash transactions
- Follows up the liquidation of employees
- Strictly implements the accounting policy regarding the issuance of PCF
- Checking of all incoming and outgoing accounting documents at site
- Filing of documents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Banking and Finance or any related field.
- Preferably with relevant work experience as a bank teller or cashier
- Knowledgeable in handling Petty Cash and Disbursement is a plus
- With good interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous and systematic in accomplishing tasks
- Excellent and effective communication skills
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace applications
- Must be willing to be assigned to any location
