Service Coordinator

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback to management
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and industry regulations

• Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the equipment trading industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology to provide efficient and effective customer support
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different departments
• Commitment to delivering a consistently high level of customer service
