Role : Business Development Representative
Work Arrangement : Work from Office
Location : Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga)
Schedule : Morning Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective business customers to generate appointments for Australian businesses.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow call scripts and sales processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness
- Provide exceptional customer experience and handle objections or inquires in a professional and courteous manner
- Document all call information accurately and thoroughly in the designated CRM system
Qualification and requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an appointment setter in the BPO industry
- Strong experience in lead generation and or telesales
- Fluent in English with excellent comprehension, verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Ability to adapt to different customer profiles and adjust sales approach accordingly
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Minimum 2-years outbound call center experience
- With Perfect Attendance Bonus
- Daily, monthly, quarterly bonus
- With uncapped commissions
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Experience tenure requirement of 2 years
