- Collaborate with store management to implement merchandising strategies that enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain product displays to ensure optimal presentation and organization of merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as necessary to meet customer demand.
- Analyze sales trends and provide feedback to optimize product placement and promotional displays.
- Assist in training and guiding team members on merchandising standards and techniques.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail or merchandising
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
