What you’ll be doing

Avon Philippines is looking for a solutions-oriented and business-driven Legal Manager to provide expert legal counsel, risk management, and strategic guidance to our management team and key business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as legal advisor to Avon and its affiliated entities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and regulatory filings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across multiple business functions.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution, including working with external legal partners.
• Drive compliance across areas such as competition law, data privacy, and industry regulations.
• Provide legal support to functions such as Supply Chain, Marketing, Procurement, and Retail.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks across projects, programs, and agreements.
• Manage labor and employment matters, including union relations and agreements.
• Deliver legal and compliance training to increase awareness across the business.

What we’re looking for

• Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years’ experience in corporate, commercial, compliance, or labor law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, data privacy, competition law, and contract management.
• A practical, business-oriented approach with the ability to balance legal and commercial needs.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• High level of ownership, sound judgment, and ethical decision-making.
• Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with regulatory bodies (e.g., SEC, DOLE, BIR, NPC, PCC) is an advantage.
