Graphic Designer

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of proven hands-on experience in graphic design and digital media creation.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Canva is a plus).
• Experience in photography and conducting photoshoots for corporate events, marketing, or employee profiles.
• Skilled in basic video editing, color grading, and short-form video creation for social media.
• Strong attention to detail, visual layout skills, and creative storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end photo and video shoots for internal company events, recruitment announcements, and project highlights.
• Edit and touch up raw photos using Adobe Photoshop for print and digital announcements.
• Produce and edit engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro for company social media channels and presentations.
• Design visual announcement materials, recruitment posters, employee birthday greetings, and workplace flyers.
• Maintain consistency across all visual materials according to company brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the HR and administrative teams to produce creative media assets on schedule.
