Human Resources Intern

• The  Human Resources Intern  will support the team in day-to-day operations, projects, and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in a professional work environment. This role provides an opportunity to develop practical skills, learn industry best practices, and contribute to departmental goals.

• Assist the  Human Resources and Administration Department  with daily tasks and projects.
• Support administrative and operational activities as needed.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain files, documents, and records.
• Conduct research and gather information when required.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
• Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Submit work outputs within agreed timelines.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Education
  • 4th Year College/Graduating Student taking up Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Open to voluntary and required internship
  • Academic projects, leadership experience, organizational involvement, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities are considered an advantage.
• Knowledge and Skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to learn and take initiative.
  • Able to manage time and meet deadlines.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
