Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in AI Architecture, machine learning, and computational science to design, develop, and implement advanced AI-powered applications and intelligent systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing production-ready AI solutions using cloud-based AI services and on-premises infrastructure. The role involves integrating Generative AI models, designing scalable AI pipelines, and implementing advanced technologies such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.

The successful candidate will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to critical architectural and technology decisions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML applications and intelligent systems.

• Architect scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions using cloud and on-premises environments.

• Integrate cloud-based AI services, AI tools, and Generative AI models into enterprise applications.

• Develop and optimize AI/ML pipelines to support efficient model development, deployment, and integration.

• Apply machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, and other AI techniques to solve complex business problems.

• Develop and implement AI-powered solutions, including chatbots, image processing applications, and intelligent automation systems.

• Ensure AI applications meet production standards for performance, scalability, reliability, and quality.

• Evaluate and optimize AI models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall system performance.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.

• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural and team-level decisions.

• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business and organizational objectives.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing, technical mentoring, and best-practice implementation within the team.

• Monitor project progress, manage technical deliverables, and ensure timely implementation of high-quality AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in AI Architecture.

• Strong expertise in AI/ML architecture and intelligent application development.

• Experience designing and implementing scalable AI solutions.

• Strong understanding of AI model deployment and integration across cloud and on-premises environments.

• Hands-on experience developing production-ready AI pipelines and applications.

• Practical knowledge of Generative AI models and their implementation in real-world applications.

• Strong understanding of deep learning techniques and neural network architectures.

• Experience working with AI-powered applications such as chatbots, image processing, and intelligent systems.

• Ability to optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical decision-making skills.
