We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Helper to assist with various tasks within the organization. The role involves supporting different departments, handling materials, organizing spaces, and performing general maintenance or labor duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing, moving, and handling materials or equipment.
- Support the team in performing manual tasks such as loading/unloading, lifting, and sorting.
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Provide assistance in setting up or cleaning work areas.
- Follow safety guidelines and report hazards to supervisors.
- Perform basic maintenance and other ad hoc tasks as directed.
- Ensure tools and materials are properly stored and accounted for.
- Assist in inventory management and tracking supplies.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects safely.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
