Job Overview: We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Valenzuela. In this role, you will design and execute multi-channel campaigns, oversee lead generation efforts, manage the content calendar, optimize modern AI content stacks, and track performance across the marketing funnel. Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱28,000 / month Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign & Content Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all channels and maintain the company content calendar.
- Lead Generation & Sales Handoff: Generate qualified leads and coordinate seamless handoffs to the Sales team.
- Brand & Collateral Governance: Keep brand messaging consistent while managing collateral creation and optimizing the AI content stack.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track and report on overall campaign performance, conversion metrics, and sales funnel health.
- Experience: 2–4 years of marketing experience (B2B / ICT industry background is a major plus).
- Core Competencies: Proven experience running campaigns, creating content, and executing lead-generation strategies.
- Skillset: Strong analytical mindset combined with exceptional writing and communication skills.
