Sales/Marketing Coordinator (AO-14054)

This is a remote position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing & Content
- Create and update marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, product sell sheets, and promotional materials.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
- Support social media and digital marketing initiatives across Meta platforms.
- Update website content using WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Coordinate supplier marketing assets and assist with product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and product specifications.
Sales Support
- Prepare sales presentations and marketing materials for the sales team.
- Assist with quotations, customer documentation, and sales administration.
- Maintain accurate product and customer information across company systems.
- Support customer follow-ups and internal coordination.
Administration & Coordination
- Organise marketing assets and documentation.
- Coordinate marketing projects and campaign timelines.
- Assist with maintaining website and product information
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong experience creating marketing content and collateral.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience using Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing website content using WordPress.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media marketing.
- Understanding of branding principles and marketing strategy.
- Experience supporting a sales team through presentations and marketing materials.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
