Marketing Lead - Full Stack

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Lead (Full Stack) to develop and execute Acutrive's end-to-end marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive lead generation, strengthen our digital presence, and support business growth across the North American ERP market. This role is ideal for a self-driven marketing professional who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Operations

• Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy.
• Establish CRM workflows, marketing processes, and lead tracking.
• Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), buyer personas, and messaging.
• Align marketing initiatives with Sales through agreed lead qualification and handoff processes.

Demand Generation

• Plan and execute inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns.
• Build Acutrive's presence on G2, Capterra, Gartner Peer Insights, and other relevant platforms.
• Recommend and manage digital advertising initiatives.
• Generate qualified marketing leads that contribute to the sales pipeline.

Content & Brand Management

• Manage the content calendar and marketing campaigns.
• Develop marketing collateral, case studies, presentations, and sales materials.
• Support executive thought leadership initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand across all channels.

Website & Digital Marketing

• Manage and optimize the company website.
• Monitor website performance through Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Improve SEO performance and organic visibility.
• Manage LinkedIn and other digital channels.

Sales Enablement & Reporting

• Develop sales presentations and proposal materials.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Prepare quarterly marketing plans, annual budget proposals, and monthly performance reports for leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience; technology, SaaS, IT services, or professional services experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads and contributing to sales pipeline growth.
• Hands-on experience implementing or managing CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and LinkedIn for B2B marketing.
• Ability to create professional marketing collateral independently using tools such as Canva or similar.
• Excellent written English for North American B2B communication.
• Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in startup or small-team environments.
