  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.S. Architecture or equivalent); fresh graduate/apprenticeship/licensed Architect.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and architectural laws (e.g., National Building Code, local ordinances, safety and accessibility standards).
  • Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in preparing technical drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
  • Ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure compliance with legal and design requirements.
  • Familiar with permit processing and documentation in accordance with government regulations.
  • Strong understanding of site analysis, space planning, and sustainable design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in all design outputs.
