We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data solutions across Master Data Management (MDM), cloud data platforms, data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence .

You will work with data engineers, architects, analysts, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science , or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related disciplines.

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-scale integrated solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience in Java application development .

• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) platforms .

• Strong experience designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions .

• Hands-on experience developing scalable data pipelines using:

  • Python

  • PySpark

  • SQL

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Data modeling

  • Data warehousing

  • Dimensional modeling / Kimball methodology

• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL .

Preferred Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Management (MDM)

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise MDM solutions.

• Develop MDM applications using Java and modern enterprise technologies.

• Build and maintain Master Data and Reference Data APIs .

• Ensure data quality, governance, integrity, and consistency.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data standards and processes.

Data Engineering & Cloud Platforms

• Design and implement scalable cloud-based data platforms .

• Develop secure and reliable batch and near-real-time data pipelines .

• Build and optimize data integration and processing workflows.

• Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance and reliability.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation practices.

Analytics Engineering

• Transform raw data into trusted, analytics-ready datasets.

• Develop dimensional data models using Kimball methodologies .

• Build reusable data products for analytics and reporting.

• Implement data quality and validation frameworks.

Business Intelligence

• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports .

• Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs and visualizations.

• Improve reporting performance, usability, and data reliability.

Technical Leadership

• Create high-level and detailed technical solution designs.

• Review architecture, code, data models, pipelines, APIs, and dashboards.

• Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.

• Support Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
