Service Admin (Hybrid) - Urgent Hiring

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, field engineers, and clients
- Track, monitor, and follow up on requests, approvals, and pending items
- Support daily BAU operations by monitoring task progress, timelines, and handling escalations when necessary
- Coordinate scheduling of site visits, system deployments, repairs, and equipment replacements with field teams
- Ensure timely updates and status reporting for all ongoing activities and project-related tasks
- Escalate operational, technical, or compliance-related issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of activities, requests, and project documentation for reporting and audit purposes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related field
- 1–3 years' experience in project coordination, administration, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
