- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience by delivering prompt and courteous service.
- Order Management: Accurately enter orders into the system, serve food and drinks, and address any customer needs or concerns during their visit.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables, setting up for new customers, and following sanitation procedures.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with customers, take orders accurately, and convey information clearly.
- Customer-Focused Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and attentive, with a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Ability to Multitask & Stay Organized: Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring timely service.
