Job Description
Responsible for overseeing electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive/corrective maintenance activities. The role also involves supervising electricians, ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards, and supporting facility and industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment
- Read and interpret electrical plans, diagrams, and technical drawings
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Supervise electricians and coordinate electrical projects
- Support energy management and environmental sustainability programs
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Licensed Master Electrician with a valid professional license
- Graduate of Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial plants, construction, or facilities management preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety, codes, and regulations
- Familiarity with energy management and environmental compliance is an advantage
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and willing to work in various site conditions
