Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Communications or related field. We accept Fresh Graduates!
- With experience in doing outbound telemarketing
- Fluent in English and Filipino, proficient with computer applications
- Able to write business letters/emails
- Excellent Customer Service, Interpersonal, and Communication skills
- Results-Oriented
Job Description:
- Generation of 10 warm prospects (Show UP, and/or Test Drive, and/or Credit Application) for every prospective sale.
- Minimum Sales of 3 units.
- Good grasp of Internet Sales, Autodeal, Zigwheels, and other "New Normal" Sales Strategy.
- We provide a Basic Salary for your sales effort as well as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig. We do not implement an "Allowance Based" Arrangement.
Current Programs:
- HMO on the 2nd year as soon as you hit minimum sales (36 units in 12 months)
- Package includes Commission, Volume Incentives, and other seasonal incentives.
- Current program includes "Internet Marketing Allowance" to help you so sales during this pandemic.
