Safety Officer - 2 yrs experience - Salary: 17k PLUS Allowance

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field Proven experience as a Safety Officer or similar role In-depth knowledge of OHS guidelines and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to conduct training and presentations Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software Ability to work independently and collaboratively Responsibilities: Develop and implement safety policies and procedures Conduct regular risk assessments and safety inspections Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Train employees on safety procedures and emergency protocols Promote a culture of safety throughout the organization Coordinate emergency response drills and activities Monitor use and maintenance of safety equipment Prepare safety reports for management and regulatory bodies
