Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the learning on the full cycle implementation of the ERP Modules functionalities, processes, and designs.
• Handle required Business Processes of the Clients, needs to implement them accordingly with proper documentation that will be provided to clients promptly.
• Responsible for having the proper understanding of the client’s business requirements to deliver a successful project implementation.
• Responsible for gathering clients' business processes requirements to deliver the proper implementation and support phases.
• Responsible for the project implementation, training, and support to be delivered to clients.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues related to data and processes during ERP implementation.

* QUALIFICATIONS *

Bachelor’s degree in the ff. :

• Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or Accounting
• Other Business courses
• Minimum of 30 yrs. old for a Jr. BA & 50 years old for a Sr. BA
• With a minimum of 2 years of work experience for a Jr. BA
• Keen on details, strong communication, organized & planning skills.
• Responsible for working and willing to be deployed in the client’s office as required.
• Must be a Great Team Player
