Role Summary

The HR IT Admin Analyst serves as the bridge between Human Resources, Operations, and Technology, ensuring consultants have the necessary systems, equipment, access, and technical support to perform their roles effectively. The position is responsible for consultant onboarding and offboarding administration, ISP and hardware setup coordination, system access management, HR technology administration, and process automation initiatives.

In a startup environment, this role is expected to proactively identify opportunities to improve consultant experience, operational efficiency, data accuracy, and technology adoption through the use of AI-powered tools and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Consultant Lifecycle Management

• Onboard and offboard consultants — accounts, Google Workspace, Slack, equipment, and access
• Keep onboarding/offboarding on schedule with clean audit records

HR & IT Systems

• Maintain HR systems, consultant records, and reporting/dashboards
• Manage IT access, permissions, and equipment inventory
• Coordinate with vendors on hardware and internet setup
• Run audits for data accuracy and compliance

Documentation & AI

• Maintain SOPs, knowledge base, and compliance documentation
• Use AI tools to automate admin work and improve HR/IT processes

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• Equivalent experience may be considered.

Work Experience — Required

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, IT Administration, People Operations, or related administrative roles.
• Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
• Experience managing consultant onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Must be an expert with Google Workspace, Slack and Time Doctor administration.

Work Experience — Preferred

• Startup or high-growth company experience.
• Experience with HR and workforce management systems.
• Experience with CRM systems
• Experience coordinating ISP, hardware, or vendor management activities.

Work Set-up

• Schedule : May require flexible hours but with focus on mid-shift (start of shift at 12NN or 1PM)
• Workdays: Five-day workweek with two rest days.
• Location: Fully remote
• Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen), 8GB RAM or higher 
• Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection
• Backup power supply for at least 8 hours
