JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in in Business Administration or a related field
• At least one (1) year of work experience related to sales admin.
• Basic knowledge in using email, spreadsheets, and basic software to track sales or inventory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform customer inquiries

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage travel approvals, book flights and hotels, arrange carpools/reservations, and handle expense liquidations for sales officers and guests.
• Coordinate concluded contracts, shipment schedules, fish cargo unloading, and sizing reports up to the final settlement.
• Input sales, purchases, costs, and commissions into the system while monitoring credit balances and accounts receivables.
• Maintain departmental record management and prepare necessary sales documentation for internal and external audits.
• Facilitate customer orders, handle commercial queries regarding payments/documents, and prepare monthly sales reports for management
