- Oversee sales operations in all branches to achieve targeted sales goals
- Implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance evaluations.
- Proven experience in sales monitoring and operational improvement strategies
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to handle multiple teams and branches
- Willing to travel and conduct regular branch or site visits
- Willing to be assigned in Timog, Quezon City
