-Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
-Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
-Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen.
-Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.
-Address customer inquiries and requests courteously.
-Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the manager when necessary.
-With pleasing personality, 20 to 25 years old
-High school diploma or equivalent (some employers may require experience).
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Basic math skills for billing and payments.
-Physically fit (able to stand for long hours and carry trays).
-Customer-oriented attitude.
