Roving Supervisor

Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Shift Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the branch during assigned shifts. The Shift Supervisor will support the Branch Leader in managing employees, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product quality, and making sure that company policies and standard operating procedures are consistently followed. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of branch employees during assigned shifts. Ensure that daily branch operations run smoothly and efficiently. Assign tasks and monitor employee performance throughout the shift. Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and standard operating procedures. Monitor customer service and address customer concerns professionally. Ensure proper food preparation, product quality, portioning, and presentation. Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and overall branch appearance. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and Branch Leader regarding stock requirements. Assist in monitoring cash handling, sales transactions, and proper cash turnover procedures. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed. Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and proper uniform. Report operational concerns, incidents, shortages, and other issues to the Branch Leader or Operations team. Assist in training and coaching new and existing employees. Help maintain a positive, respectful, and productive work environment. Perform other duties assigned by the Branch Leader or Operations Management. Qualifications At least Senior High School graduate; college graduate is an advantage. At least 1 year of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience in food and beverage or quick-service restaurant operations is preferred. Knowledge of basic restaurant operations, customer service, and food safety. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good leadership and decision-making skills. Organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks. Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
