Key Responsibilities As a Non-Voice CSR, your daily routine will involve: Multitasking Conversations: Handling live chat inquiries or email tickets from customers simultaneously while maintaining high quality. Problem Solving: Resolving customer issues regarding order tracking, billing, account modifications, or basic technical troubleshooting. Accuracy & Quality: Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and internal databases. Tone Management: Ensuring all written correspondence is professional, empathetic, clear, and aligned with our brand voice. Documentation: Accurately logging details of customer interactions and actions taken in our CRM system.
