- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, but High/Senior High School diploma accepted.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage customer inquiries via various channels.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards customer interactions.
