JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently hiring a Hotel Reservation Agent to assist customers with hotel bookings, room availability, reservations, modifications, cancellations, and general accommodation inquiries. You will ensure customers have a smooth booking experience by providing accurate information and excellent service. This role is ideal for individuals looking for hotel reservation jobs in Manila, BPO jobs with no experience required, and entry-level customer service roles with strong career growth opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound inquiries for hotel reservations and accommodation bookings
• Assist customers with booking confirmations, changes, cancellations, and modifications
• Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and hotel policies
• Ensure smooth and efficient reservation processing
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

WORK SCHEDULE & TRAINING

This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires in the hotel reservation program.

REQUIREMENTS

• No experience required
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and on shifting schedules
