- Customer Service: Greet customers, take food and beverage orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure an overall pleasant dining experience.
- Order Delivery: Serve food and drinks to tables in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper presentation.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables, setting up, and ensuring restaurant standards are met.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with customers and team members, and understand customer needs.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, carry heavy trays, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, with a focus on providing exceptional service and handling customer inquiries or complaints.
