- Route Planning: Follow optimal delivery routes, managing time effectively to ensure deliveries meet estimated delivery times.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, handling any inquiries or issues related to the delivery.
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; prior delivery or customer service experience is a plus.
- Skills: Good knowledge of the local area, strong navigation skills, and the ability to handle cash or digital payments if needed.
- Personal Attributes: Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while maintaining a professional attitude and excellent customer service.
