Essential skills and experience:

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects, administering project activities across planning, design, construction support, commissioning, and final close‑out.
• Extensive experience managing and coordinating large, multi‑disciplinary project teams across mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, architectural, ICT, and security disciplines, ensuring fully integrated, compliant, and high‑quality design outcomes.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management capability, including administering communications, managing expectations, fostering long‑term relationships, and coordinating clear, structured reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Advanced capability in digital engineering and BIM environments, including coordinating and overseeing multidisciplinary model development and reviews using Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and BIM360, with a strong focus on design coordination, clash resolution, and model governance rather than model authoring.
• Sound understanding of engineering codes, standards, and industry best practice, with the ability to review, interrogate, and coordinate technical inputs, supported by structured problem‑solving and high‑quality technical documentation oversight.
• Demonstrated project management and PMCM capability, including administration and control of budgets, schedules, risk registers, change processes, resource planning, and delivery governance to ensure projects are delivered within defined constraints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 13+ years of experience coordinating and leading building services engineering activities across design, installation, testing, commissioning, and multidisciplinary project delivery, preferably including data centre projects.
• Strong project and program management capability, with demonstrated experience leading, coordinating, and administering large technical teams and overseeing the delivery of complex engineering projects through multiple phases.
• Advanced knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards, and industry best practices, with proven ability to review, interrogate, and validate technical outputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and technical robustness.
• High proficiency in digital engineering platforms, including BIM/Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, and BIM360, with demonstrated experience driving and administering BIM processes, workflows, and governance frameworks.
• Strong capability in reviewing and navigating federated 3D BIM models, identifying multidisciplinary interface issues, coordinating resolution strategies, and guiding consultant teams to practical, integrated outcomes.
