Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations and ensure data accuracy across the board.
- Conduct the closing of monthly financial records and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to Management.
- Lead budget deliberation and ensure timely submissions to various government agencies.
- Oversee team performance, KPI assessments, and administrative approvals.
- Implement financial controls and pre-emptive measures to manage risk.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (CPA license is a plus).
- Proficiency in accounting software like HELIX, XERO, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying financial trends and scaling growth.
- Excellent people management skills and a commitment to policy compliance.
