Key Results Area
- Quality customer service
- Preventive maintenance system
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to customers
- Follow proper work ethics especially on attendance, and proper uniform and teamwork
- Maintain good and professional relations with clients
- Regular check up of all necessary components of assigned vehicles
- Inventory and maintain all issue tools and equipment in good working condition
- Knowledge in performing basic procedures in vehicle trouble
- Follow all necessary safety precautions
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle
- Ensure vehicle in good condition before usage
- Report & request repair schedule of vehicle if need arises; presence during repair is encourage
- Perform all other tasks that may be assigned by his superior from time to time
