Technical Business Analyst

L’EVATE is hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a highly skilled Technical Solutions

Consultant to support cloud-based software implementations, technical discovery, solution design, and business process analysis.

Internally, this position functions as a Technical Business Analyst role focused on cloud software implementations, solution design, and technical project delivery.This is a highly collaborative and client-facing role that works closely with stakeholders,developers, QA teams, consultants, and project managers to help design and deliver scalable software solutions.

This is NOT a basic admin or documentation role.

About the Role

This role goes beyond traditional business analysis.

You will help lead technical discovery, solution design, process mapping, and

requirements gathering for cloud-based software projects and implementations.

You should be comfortable:

participating in client-facing discovery and pre-sales conversations

recommending scalable cloud-based software solutions

translating business needs into technical requirements

creating clear and detailed technical specifications

collaborating closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders

helping drive successful project outcomes with minimal oversight

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of thinking strategically

about both business workflows and technical solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders
Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operational challenges
Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
Participate in technical solution design and architecture discussions
Recommend scalable and efficient solutions based on the client's business needs
Create process maps, workflows, business requirements, and implementation documentation
Work closely with developers, QA testers, consultants, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle
Support cloud/SaaS software implementation and integration projects
Assist with fit/gap analysis and present solutions to business problems
Create and support QA testing plans, validation processes, and user acceptance testing
Help identify project risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
Facilitate meetings and communicate effectively with both technical and non- technical stakeholders
Help coordinate project execution and ensure successful delivery outcomes
Provide thoughtful input into process improvements and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business,

Engineering, or a related field, preferred

4–7 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis, Solutions Consulting,

Systems Analysis, SaaS Implementations, or related consulting environments

Strong experience working with cloud-based or SaaS software platforms

Experience working directly with software developers and technical teams

Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, workflows, and business

process mapping

Experience writing detailed business requirements and technical specifications

Experience participating in technical solution design discussions

Strong understanding of SQL databases (Microsoft SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.)

Technical understanding of systems built with technologies such as .NET, C#, SQL, APIs, or similar

Experience with QA testing, validation, and test case creation

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Comfortable in client-facing environments and leading discussions

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience with CRM or ERP systems

SaaS implementation or consulting background

Experience with enterprise software implementations

Agile/Scrum experience

Experience with workflow automation tools

Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms

Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
